Alberta Ombudsman

The Ombudsman is responsible for determining administrative fairness.

Pursuant to Section 127 of the Health Professions Act, any person may make a complaint with respect to anything under the Health Professions Act, in accordance with the Ombudsman Act (PDF).

It is the responsibility of the Alberta Ombudsman to address complaints alleging unfair treatment by provincial government authorities and/or professional organizations in Alberta.
